 About the Role: Strategic Leadership & Design Facilitation

This is a high-visibility role for a UX professional who excels at the “front end” of design—facilitation, research, and strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams through the design thinking process, ensuring that every design decision is backed by data and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Facilitation: Lead and run high-energy Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.

• User Journey Excellence: Create detailed user journey maps, personas, and scenarios that serve as the blueprint for development.

• Advanced Research: Perform both qualitative and quantitative studies, including usability testing, and translate findings into actionable strategies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with SMEs and leadership to ensure design decisions provide measurable value to both the user and the business.

• UX Evangelism: Promote UX best practices across the organisation, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the long-term strategic product roadmap.

Qualifications & Success Profile

We are looking for a visionary designer with a deep toolkit in research and leadership.

• Experience: 8+ years in UX Design with at least 2+ years in a facilitation or leadership capacity.

• Education: Degree in UX, Product Design, or a related field.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate and a mindset geared toward continuous learning.

• Skillset: Mastery of journey mapping, persona development, and usability testing methodologies.
