Job Purpose
-
Acquire and build a well-diversified IBG4 portfolio (up to turnover of ₹100 crore).

Generate revenue through assets, trade, cash, treasury, and fee income.

Ensure healthy profitability and manage acceptable risk levels.

Deliver growth in line with DBS’s lending policies and credit guidelines.
Key Accountabilities
-
Source New-to-Bank asset relationships within IBG4.
-
Achieve Net Interest Income and fee targets across the portfolio.

Cross-sell liability, trade, cash, and treasury products.
-
Increase branch profitability and maintain zero delinquency.

Drive IBG4 topline & bottom-line targets with a focus on diversified portfolio.

Enhance DBS’s brand presence through marketing activities and client engagement.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

Source and onboard new asset clients (up to turnover ₹25 crore) and ensure smooth sanction and disbursement.

Create account plans highlighting revenue potential, risks, and mitigants.

Monitor portfolios, conduct timely renewals, and provide risk feedback.

Conduct proper due diligence during client onboarding.

Increase wallet share by exploring cross-sell opportunities.

Monitor early warning signals in client accounts and take corrective measures.

Ensure adherence to KYC/AML compliance and credit covenants.

Engage with market leaders, influencers, CAs, and industry associations to stay updated on business opportunities and risks.

Provide MIS reports to central teams as required.
Requirements
-
Experience: 3–5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in SME/Business Banking Lending.

Proven track record in asset business for SME/Business Banking segment.

Strong market knowledge of the SME segment, competitors, and client needs.

Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Education / Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Commerce.

MBA or CA preferred.
