💼 Role Overview

As a Data Steward, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, quality, and usability across systems. You will work closely with the Segmentation & Analytics team to manage and enhance data within CRM platforms and databases.

Your responsibilities will include data collection, validation, integration, and analysis, as well as building dashboards that provide actionable insights for business teams.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Map and manage contact data within Salesforce CRM, ensuring correct account alignment
  • Review and route qualified leads to sales teams
  • Conduct research using internal and external data sources to improve lead quality
  • Maintain data health by auditing and updating records regularly
  • Use SQL and PySpark to query, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple databases
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key metrics and trends
  • Establish and monitor KPIs through tracking reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems
  • Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong foundation in data handling and analytics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a database or data-related role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Proficiency in SQL and PySpark
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
