Roles & Responsibilities

As a Team Lead/Consultant, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic advisory:

• AI Model Development: Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML models using Python, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision to enhance business performance.

• GenAI Innovation: Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions through contextual prompt engineering and prompt tuning, supporting architects in designing GenAI-powered assets.

• Strategic Advisory: Conduct market research and provide data-driven recommendations to C-suite stakeholders on marketing analytics, supply chain optimization, and predictive maintenance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with solution architects and business leads to integrate AI solutions into existing PLM, ERP, CRM, and Contact Center systems.

• Cloud Architecture: Scale AI solutions on cloud platforms, primarily Azure and GCP (AWS experience is also valued).

Technical & Professional Skills

Must-Have Technical Expertise:

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem.

• AI/ML Domains: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.

• Generative AI: Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Llama 2, Claude 2, and libraries like Hugging Face for prompt engineering/tuning.

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Professional & “Good to Have” Skills:

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Semiconductors, Enterprise Tech, or Medical Tech is highly preferred.

• Business Optimisation: Ability to leverage Design Thinking and business process optimization to create value-driven solutions.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to manage complex requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• System Integration: Understanding of how AI integrates with ERP/CRM systems to ensure seamless operational workflows.
