About the Role

We are seeking a high-calibre Data Analytics Manager to join our Strategy team. In this individual contributor role, you will report directly to the Head of Strategy, acting as the nerve centre for all business performance analytics. You won’t just move data; you will build the ecosystem—specifically leading the implementation of Microsoft Fabric and integrating AI workflows to drive ROI on transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Analytics & BI: Build and maintain executive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and transition the organisation toward self-serve BI tools.

  • Data Strategy: Partner with leadership to define KPIs and measure the success of strategic corporate projects.

  • Technical Implementation: Program ETL flows, manage data quality, and lead the Microsoft Fabric implementation.

  • Predictive Modelling: Use SQL, Python/R, and statistical mining to forecast trends and provide ROI analysis on cost-saving initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Collaborate across IT, Supply Chain, and Marketing to align KPIs and present compelling insights to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 4 to 9 years in Data Analytics, preferably within FMCD, FMCG, Retail, or Building Materials.

  • Tech Stack: Strong command of SQL, Excel, and Python/R. Expertise in Power BI and ERP/CRM systems (SAP/Salesforce).

  • Mandatory Skills: Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric implementation and AI Workflows for business analysis.

  • Education: MBA in Data Analytics or Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.

  • Soft Skills: Fluent in English & Hindi with a proven track record of career stability.
