Position: Data Analyst (Full-Time, Remote)

As a Data Analyst at Versetti Family Office, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive both scientific discovery and strategic decision-making. You’ll work at the intersection of biotech, data science, and venture capital, supporting projects that push the boundaries of human potential.

This is not your typical data analytics role. You’ll collaborate directly with scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors, using data to inform research priorities, optimize business models, and identify high-potential longevity opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Modeling:
  Analyze and interpret complex datasets from various longevity, biotech, and health-related projects. Develop models to identify patterns, correlations, and predictive insights that guide scientific and business strategy.

• Data-Driven Decision Support:
  Partner with internal teams and portfolio startups to design data dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. Translate data findings into strategic recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

• Statistical Research & Reporting:
  Apply statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate findings and optimize processes. Prepare reports and visualizations that communicate key insights in a clear, compelling way.

• Data Visualization & Communication:
  Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Python-based dashboards (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) to turn raw data into intuitive visual narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaboration Across Teams:
  Work cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and business strategists to ensure data integrity, alignment, and accessibility across projects.

• Strategic Support for Longevity Ventures:
  Evaluate early-stage startup performance, identify trends in emerging longevity markets, and contribute data-backed insights to support funding decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence Specialist — ideally within biotech, healthcare, or a technology-driven sector.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in statistics, data modeling, and predictive analytics.

• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, Excel, or similar analytical tools.

• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Plotly).

• Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, intellectually driven environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for diverse audiences.
