About the Role
The Data Analyst at Soul AI will play a critical role in strengthening the analytical capabilities of advanced AI systems. Instead of performing traditional business reporting, you will primarily evaluate AI-generated insights, test analytical workflows, identify issues in reasoning, and refine outputs created by machine learning models.
Your work will guide AI tools in learning how to clean data, run exploratory analysis, interpret statistical patterns, and deliver insights with accuracy and clarity. You will help shape a new generation of analytical AI—making it more logical, more precise, and more aligned with real-world data use cases.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst with Soul AI, your responsibilities will include:
🔍 AI Output Evaluation

Review AI-generated datasets, dashboards, insights, and summaries.

Validate the accuracy of statistical calculations, contextual reasoning, and overall data logic.

Ensure outputs align with analytical best practices and industry standards.
🧹 Data Quality & Insight Validation

Identify inconsistencies, missing values, anomalies, or incorrect interpretations.

Evaluate prompts and workflows related to data cleaning, feature understanding, and preprocessing.
📊 Analytical Reasoning Feedback

Provide structured feedback to improve the AI’s understanding of exploratory data analysis (EDA), visualization choices, and metric interpretation.

Spot weaknesses in reasoning, incorrect assumptions, or flawed conclusions generated by the system.
🧪 Testing & Improving AI Models

Review prompts involving Python, Excel, SQL, and BI tools.

Help refine the AI’s ability to work with Pandas, NumPy, and basic analytical workflows.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve prompt templates, evaluation criteria, and quality guidelines.
Your input will help shape datasets, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning patterns that make AI smarter, more consistent, and more dependable for analytical tasks.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a strong analytical foundation and an eye for detail.
Must-Have Skills

Solid understanding of data analysis, including data cleaning, transformations, and pattern recognition.

Strong command of Excel and SQL.

Ability to evaluate dashboards, metrics, and analytics logic.

Knowledge of statistics and data validation techniques.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
Good-to-Have Skills
