Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and curiosity to explore data. In this role, you will work with diverse datasets, create impactful visual analytics, and support strategic decision-making through meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and key performance metrics
Build insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or Tableau
Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
Support data automation, process improvement, and decision-making initiatives
Present findings through clear visualisations and effective data storytelling
Maintain data security, consistency, and proper documentation across analytics tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of basic statistics
Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and filtering
Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is a plus
Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical discussions

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Data storytelling and business presentation skills
Understanding of data quality checks and automation processes
