Your daily responsibilities will include data cleansing, organizing large volumes of information, designing data models, generating analytical reports, and developing dashboards that stakeholders can rely on. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, technology, and strategy to understand business objectives and provide insights that enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support organizational decision-making and strategic planning.

• Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency across multiple sources.

• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to present insights in a clear and engaging manner.

• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data, transforming them into meaningful business recommendations.

• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring insights are easily understood and used for decision-making.

• Monitor and improve data quality, recommending enhancements to data collection methods and internal processes.

• Support strategic initiatives by using analytics to evaluate performance, optimize processes, and improve overall organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret and examine datasets effectively.

• Experience in data analytics and a solid understanding of data processes from extraction to insight delivery.

• Proficiency in statistics and data modeling to identify, predict, and explain business patterns.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

• Exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a similar data-focused role in a corporate or fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.

• Understanding of modern data ecosystems, including databases, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data tools.
