🎯 Role Overview – Data Setup Analyst
As a Profile Data Setup Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, analyzing, and maintaining product profile data within Windowmaker software. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical teams to ensure product configurations are accurate, optimized, and ready for quoting and manufacturing.
Your work will directly impact pricing accuracy, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities – Data Setup Analyst
📌 Product Data & Configuration

Translate customer product configurations into structured data using Windowmaker software

Set up and maintain profile data including reinforcements, glazing, accessories, and rules

Ensure data aligns with customer-specific manufacturing and pricing logic

Validate data for consistency, completeness, and system accuracy
🧠 Data Analysis & Quality Control

Analyze large volumes of product data to identify errors and inconsistencies

Ensure high-quality outputs for quotations, orders, and manufacturing systems

Handle escalated customer cases related to data and configuration accuracy
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Software Development, and Support teams

Support QA and testing teams during system updates and product releases

Provide training, documentation, and guidance to internal users
🔄 Process Improvement

Identify gaps in current workflows and suggest efficiency improvements

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and standardization initiatives
🎓 Required Qualifications – Data Setup Analyst
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related technical field)
Experience:
3–5 years in a data-centric or technical analyst role
Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, or data tools

Experience working with product data structures and product lifecycles

Ability to convert complex product information into structured data
Soft Skills:
