The Role: Data Analyst / Marketing Research
This is a high-impact, work-from-home position based in Chennai, requiring flexibility to align with US business hours. You will bridge the gap between technical data engineering and strategic marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Performance Optimisation: Evaluate marketing performance to identify trends and correlations that contribute to a 1:4 ROAS benchmark.

Reporting Automation: Utilise Python scripts and ETL tools to automate analysis workflows, ensuring timely insights for decision-makers.

Full-Stack Data Management: Gather, clean, and maintain datasets from Google Ads, analytics platforms, and SEO tools, ensuring 100% data integrity.

Visualisation: Build comprehensive dashboards in Tableau or Google Data Studio to present complex findings to stakeholders.

Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Fulfilment, Product, and SEO teams to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.

Continuous Innovation: Develop and maintain custom tools for data analysis while staying updated on the latest visualisation techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking an analytical problem-solver who thrives in an agency or digital marketing environment.
Technical & Professional Skills:

Experience: 4–10 years in data analytics or marketing research (3+ years specifically in a digital marketing context).

Tech Stack: Mastery of Python (for scripting), SQL, and Excel.

Visualisation: Expertise in creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards.

Analytical Depth: Strong skills in Feature Engineering and building KPI frameworks.

Communication: Ability to translate technical data findings into clear, “C-level” PowerPoint presentations.

Mindset: Detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple projects under US-time zone deadlines.
Education & Requirements

Degree: Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing.
