📊 Job Summary – Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will independently lead technical analysis and troubleshooting using data from IoT devices deployed at customer sites. You will handle complex cases related to cooling water, boilers, membrane, and DAF systems, and convert insights into actionable recommendations while acting as a subject-matter expert.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst

• Analyze operational and sensor data to identify trends, risks, and performance issues
• Lead end-to-end troubleshooting for medium to high complexity cases
• Provide data-driven recommendations and corrective actions
• Communicate technical findings to customers and internal teams
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor junior engineers
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SLA commitments
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Support new technologies while adhering to safety guidelines

🎓 Qualifications – Data Analyst

• Education: BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Petrochemical, Food Technology, or related fields
• Experience: 5–7 years in technical analysis or engineering roles
• Domain Expertise:
  • Cooling Towers
  • Boilers
  • STP/WTP
  • RO & Membrane Systems
• Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical insights

⭐ Additional Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Wastewater Treatment
• 1+ year experience in Cooling Towers
• 1+ year experience in Industrial Water Treatment
