Job Role: Data Analyst – Noida

As a Data Analyst at Visit Health, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support business strategy and operational efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and deliver insights that help improve healthcare services and employee wellness programs.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and analyze structured and unstructured data as per business guidelines

• Convert data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs

• Assist in defining, updating, and maintaining data warehouse reporting requirements

• Evaluate changes in source systems and assess their impact on analytics and reporting

• Design and manage data pipelines to support data integration and standardization

• Handle multiple data sources and structure large datasets into usable formats

• Develop and maintain standardized schemas for consistent reporting

• Create data visualizations using charts, graphs, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and infographics.

• Support business stakeholders by providing data-backed insights and recommendations

• Collaborate with technical teams to improve data quality, accuracy, and accessibility

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related analytics role
