SoTalent is hiring a results-driven Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making through high-quality reporting, in-depth analysis, and data automation. This role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and requires working on-site in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, MIS, or business reporting who are comfortable working with large datasets and translating numbers into actionable business insights.

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building reliable dashboards, analysing funnel performance, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting leadership with accurate and timely insights. You will work with multiple data sources such as CRM systems, LMS platforms, and marketing tools, ensuring consistent reporting and improved operational efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.

  • Track and analyse KPIs, including leads, conversions, enrollments, deposits, campaigns, and counsellor productivity.

  • Automate recurring reports to improve accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time

  • Ensure dashboards are aligned with leadership and business reporting needs

Data Analysis & Business Insights

  • Analyse large datasets from CRM, LMS, and marketing platforms

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales performance and conversion rates.

  • Deliver actionable insights to support ROI analysis and strategic planning.

  • Conduct variance analysis between forecasts and actual performance

CRM Data Quality & Governance

  • Maintain high standards of CRM data hygiene.

  • Monitor funnel movement, duplicate records, and data accuracy.

  • Partner with CRM and IT teams to improve data capture processes, tagging, and reporting structures

  • Help reduce reporting delays and data inconsistencies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams.

  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, deep dives, and performance reviews.

  • Align analytics outputs with business goals and growth initiatives

Forecasting & Performance Planning

  • Assist in developing monthly and quarterly forecasting models.

  • Provide insights into lead-to-enrollment ratios, channel performance, and team productivity.

  • Support planning decisions through data-backed recommendations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros)

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets

  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio (preferred)

  • Working knowledge of SQL or data extraction techniques (preferred)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

  • Understanding of B2C, EdTech, or consumer sales funnels is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Commerce, or a related discipline

  • MBA preferred but not mandatory

  • 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Reporting

  • Prior experience in EdTech, BFSI, or consumer-focused organisations is a plus.
