Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at Scry AI, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You will work with diverse data sources to build dashboards, analyse trends, and deliver insights that directly influence business strategy and execution.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Management

  • Extract, clean, and process data from databases, APIs, CRM systems, and product usage logs

  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

  • Organise and maintain structured datasets to support ongoing and ad hoc analysis.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across:

    • Product usage and feature adoption

    • Sales funnel and revenue performance

    • Marketing campaigns and lead conversion

    • Customer success and retention metrics

  • Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, segmentation, and trend analysis.

  • Perform root cause analysis to identify drivers behind anomalies, churn, or performance gaps.

Business Insights and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, marketers, and account teams to define metrics and analytical goals.

  • Translate complex findings into clear visualizations and data stories.

  • Support leadership with insights for:

    • Business and performance reviews

    • Go-to-market strategies

    • Product roadmap and prioritization decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in a SaaS or enterprise software environment

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

  • Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage.

  • Solid understanding of product analytics, marketing analytics, or revenue analytics

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach

  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and business audiences
