🧠 About the Role – Data Analyst

In this role, you’ll blend strong analytical thinking with AI-driven analytics to uncover insights across user behavior, content performance, app funnels, and growth metrics. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize products, personalize content, and scale growth through data-backed strategies.


🔍 Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst

1️⃣ Product & App Analytics

  • Analyze end-to-end user journeys (onboarding, discovery, engagement, retention).

  • Track DAU/MAU, retention, session duration, watch time, churn, and cohorts.

  • Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend improvements.

  • Partner with Product teams on feature performance and experiments.

2️⃣ Content Intelligence & Performance

  • Monitor short-form video performance, show engagement, IP growth, and trends.

  • Study completion rates, repeat consumption, and content stickiness.

  • Optimize formats and audience segmentation.

  • Support predictive modeling for high-performing content themes.

3️⃣ Marketing & Growth Analytics

  • Analyze install funnels (organic & paid), CPI, CAC, LTV, and retention cohorts.

  • Evaluate attribution and marketing efficiency.

  • Support experimentation across creatives, audiences, and growth loops.

  • Identify organic growth levers using behavioral insights.

4️⃣ AI-Driven Analytics & Automation

  • Apply AI/ML for predictive analytics, churn prediction, and segmentation.

  • Use Python ML libraries, AutoML, or AI-enabled BI tools for forecasting.

  • Automate reporting with AI-based dashboards and summaries.

  • Explore recommendation systems to improve discovery and retention.

  • Integrate AI into personalization and marketing optimization.

5️⃣ Dashboarding & Business Reporting

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards for leadership.

  • Standardize KPI reporting across teams.

  • Present insights clearly for non-technical stakeholders.

6️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Marketing, Content, Engineering, and Leadership.

  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

  • Champion a data-first, AI-enabled culture.


🛠️ Key Skills & Qualifications – Data Analyst

  • Experience: 6–8 years in Data Analytics / BI / Growth Analytics

  • Core Skills: SQL, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude

  • BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker

  • Programming: Python or R (analysis + basic ML)

  • AI/ML Concepts: Predictive modeling, clustering, regression, classification, recommendations

  • Frameworks: Funnels, retention modeling, cohort analysis

  • Digital media, OTT, or short-form video platforms
