About the Role:

Infosys is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modelling, and business intelligence, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business managers.

  • Prepare detailed reports and visualisations to communicate findings clearly.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple data sources.

  • Support automation of data workflows and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualisation tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis preferred.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a consulting or IT services environment.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence is an advantage.
