About the Role
We are hiring a Data Analyst in Bengaluru (Hybrid) who can transform raw data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for analytics, storytelling, and visualization.
As a Data Analyst at Flexi Pitches, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and leadership, to analyse event performance, user engagement, and sponsorship outcomes. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and improve overall business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, including event platforms, CRM systems, and engagement tools.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyse trends related to audience engagement, leader participation, and sponsorship performance.
- Work with stakeholders to define success metrics and measurement frameworks for events and campaigns.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Present findings to internal teams and leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytics processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in event analytics, marketing analytics, or user engagement analysis.
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting automation.
- Curiosity and the ability to identify patterns in complex datasets.
