Job Summary:
EY is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support consulting and assurance teams by transforming data into actionable insights. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Track KPIs, trends, and business performance metrics.

• Perform descriptive and diagnostic data analysis to support client engagements.

• Work closely with consulting, finance, and technology teams.

• Support data modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with EY standards.

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.

• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Advanced MS Excel.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in consulting, audit, or professional services firms.

• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Understanding of business intelligence and analytics frameworks.
