Role Overview

As a Data Analyst cum MIS professional, you will be responsible for managing business data, automating reporting systems, and generating performance insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, and analyse large datasets to identify trends and business insights.

• Develop and maintain automated MIS reports using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets.

• Build dynamic dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) or Tableau.

• Perform data validation, quality checks, and integrity assessments.

• Design efficient data collection systems to improve reporting accuracy.

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to increase operational efficiency.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic business initiatives.

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Executive, or Business Intelligence Analyst.

• Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script and Google Workspace tools.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets (queries, pivot tables, formulas, automation).

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.

• Familiarity with database systems and data management processes.
