About the Role

CDK Global is hiring a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support its global pricing operations from India. This role plays a critical part in managing pricing data, building dashboards, automating reporting, and delivering insights that drive smarter business decisions across global markets.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams across India and the US to ensure pricing accuracy, billing compliance, and data-driven optimisation of revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analytics

  • Retrieve, clean and manage large datasets using SQL and advanced Excel.

  • Perform pricing analysis to determine optimal price levels for multiple data products.

  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate pricing and monetisation performance.

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and pricing reports for leadership.

  • Automate recurring reports and improve data visualisation for decision-making.

Pricing Operations

  • Monitor and validate execution of price changes across systems.

  • Update pricing data accurately and on time within internal platforms.

  • Manage customer-specific pricing, exclusions and protections in Salesforce.

  • Ensure compliance with discounting rules and annual pricing targets.

  • Support sales and marketing teams with pricing proposals and updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Revenue teams.

  • Act as a key contact for pricing data, dashboards and reporting queries.

  • Collaborate with global teams, including occasional US time-zone meetings.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent command of SQL, Power BI (mandatory) and Advanced Excel.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, pricing operations, or similar roles.

  • Experience in data gathering, cleansing and reporting.

  • Comfortable working with global teams and different time zones.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, Cognos or similar tools.

  • Knowledge of SaaS data products, APIs and pricing systems.

  • Experience in pricing execution, reporting and dashboard design.

  • Interest in AI, ML and automation tools.
