Job Summary:
Blinkit is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will analyze large datasets related to operations, customers, supply chain, and sales to improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience in a fast-paced quick-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of operational and business data.

  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau/Power BI.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, delivery, inventory, and customer behavior.

  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and root cause analysis.

  • Work closely with product, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams.

  • Automate reports and streamline data workflows.

  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems.

  • Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

  • Support A/B testing, pricing analysis, and growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and MS Excel.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Working knowledge of Python/R for analysis.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce, quick-commerce, or logistics domain.

  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Understanding of machine learning basics and predictive analytics.
