Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Ownership: Manage the end-to-end Power BI platform, including governance, license utilisation, and capacity optimisation.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead the workspace strategy, dataset optimisation, and data pipeline performance.

• Visualisation Mastery: Design and deliver high-impact dashboards that translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

• Data Integrity: Ensure absolute accuracy and consistency across all datasets and integrated systems.

• Support & Continuity: Manage escalations and ensure business continuity for all global BI solutions.

• Techno-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders to align tech initiatives with FMCG goals.

Your Professional Success Profile

We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands the unique pace and complexities of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

• Required Experience:

  • 5–8 years in Power BI and Data Engineering.

  • At least 3 years of specific experience within the FMCG industry.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Expert-level Power BI development, data modelling, and performance tuning.

  • Solid grasp of Data Architecture and modern data engineering concepts.

• Educational Background:

  • MBA or B.Tech in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business leaders.

  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
