About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our data and business teams. In this role, you will work with data to generate insights, create reports, and help drive informed decision-making. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Reporting: Design and maintain complex MIS reports (DWM) using advanced logic, ensuring data translates into actionable business intelligence.
- Visualization & Storytelling: Create intuitive dashboards and visual representations of data (using Excel or BI tools) to help non-technical stakeholders understand the numbers at a glance.
- Process Automation: Proactively identify repetitive manual tasks and minimize turnaround time using Macros/VBA or advanced formula logic.
- Data Integrity & Management: Act as the gatekeeper of data quality, performing deep-dive reconciliation and validation before publishing numbers.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL .
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, charts, formulas, etc.).
- Experience with BI/Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, or business analytics.
- Knowledge of Python/R (optional but good to have).
