Groww is looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who can transform complex datasets into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work on reporting, dashboarding, and automation while supporting initiatives for data integrity and decision-making across the organization.

🎓 Educational Qualification – Data Analyst 

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

🔍 What Groww Is Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytics role.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Ability to work with stakeholders to fulfill ad hoc data requests.

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail for reporting and insights.

📋 Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst 

  • Prepare reports for management highlighting trends and patterns.

  • Handle daily ad hoc data requests from stakeholders.

  • Build dashboards and automate key metrics.

  • Support data integrity and normalization initiatives.

  • Assist in identifying and revising reporting requirements in the data warehouse.
