Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will work with large volumes of travel data to generate insights, forecast demand, and improve customer experience. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources

• Perform statistical analysis to generate business insights

• Identify trends and patterns to support forecasting and decision-making

• Prepare regular performance and business reports

• Create dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Work with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of data-driven initiatives

• Apply advanced analytics such as predictive modelling and machine learning

• Maintain databases ensuring data security and accessibility

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support urgent business needs

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R

• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills to explain data to non-technical teams

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

• Experience managing analytics projects

• Knowledge of the travel industry is an advantage
