About the Role: Data Analyst

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI innovation, helping transform data into strategic assets for our clients.

As a Data Analyst at DraconX, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership teams to collect, interpret, and analyze data that drives product decisions and business outcomes. You’ll work with complex datasets, create dashboards, and uncover actionable insights that influence how our clients and internal teams operate.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse, global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, product, operations) to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.

• Build and maintain data dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data efficiently.

• Use statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.

• Present findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards.

• Maintain data integrity by developing and implementing data validation and cleaning processes.

• Contribute to automation efforts by integrating data pipelines and supporting AI-driven analytics initiatives.

• Continuously explore new analytical methods, tools, and technologies to improve data accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python (knowledge of pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries preferred).

• Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear, concise manner.

• Proven ability to work independently and remotely in a collaborative environment.

• Experience in technology, AI, or SaaS-based companies is a plus.
