About the Role

LogFix SCM Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing AI Systems team. This role focuses on data cleaning, dataset curation, annotation quality control, and model performance analysis for AI solutions deployed in real-world environments.

You will work closely with AI engineers to ensure high-quality data pipelines that directly impact model accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Data Cleaning & Dataset Curation

• Clean, validate, and preprocess customer-generated radar, image, and video datasets

• Identify and resolve corrupted, duplicate, mislabelled, or low-quality data

• Curate datasets for training, validation, and testing

• Maintain dataset versions, metadata, lineage, and documentation

• Ensure consistent data quality standards across all datasets

Annotation & Labelling Quality Control

• Manage and coordinate external annotation resources (freelancers or vendors)

• Review labelled images and videos for accuracy, consistency, and guideline compliance

• Provide clear feedback, examples, and labelling instructions to annotators

• Track annotation quality metrics, turnaround times, and recurring issues

• Collaborate with AI teams to design and maintain a robust QC pipeline

Model Performance & Data Analysis Support

• Analyse annotated datasets to identify patterns, errors, and data gaps

• Support AI engineers with model evaluation and error analysis

• Monitor key model performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and confusion matrices

• Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance model performance in production

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Applied Data Scientist, or similar role

• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scripting)

• Hands-on experience handling messy, real-world datasets

• Comfortable working with unstructured data (images, videos, radar signals, logs)

• Working knowledge of SQL (Snowflake experience preferred)

• Understanding of basic machine learning evaluation metrics

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
