This team focuses on improving productivity, efficiency, and decision-making through data analytics, data science, and automation initiatives. By working on real-world use cases in semiconductor, manufacturing, and supply chain domains, LIDAS helps stakeholders make faster, data-driven decisions.
💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst 3, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering advanced analytics solutions:
- Design, develop, and test data models to integrate data from multiple source systems
- Analyse heterogeneous data and write SQL/PySpark scripts for data integration and transformation
- Perform statistical analysis and generate actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Conduct data mining to respond to evolving business requirements
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Translate business requirements into technical and analytical specifications
- Migrate and standardize data into platforms like Power BI and enterprise data warehouses
- Perform root cause analysis and identify areas for process and performance improvement
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure sustainable project outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver projects with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability development
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should have strong technical expertise combined with business acumen:
- 7–9 years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, or data profiling
- Strong expertise in SQL and PySpark
- Experience with data warehouse technologies (MS Fabric, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, SAP HANA)
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report development
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques
- Familiarity with SAP systems (SAP S4, SAP ECC)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise architectures
- Experience in manufacturing or inventory management domains
