Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Bi-Lingual (Dutch) Customer Service Representative

£12.50ph – Remote / Work From Home

8am – 8pm

123 Recruitment and Training have an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK company who support online, retail customers who may be facing issues with online purchases.

Due to the nature of the role, anyone interested MUST be fluent in both English, and one of these languages; French, German, Spanish and/or Italian or Dutch.

Day to day;

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly, and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as necessary
• Assist with order processing, status updates
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-call resolution
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential requirements:

• Languages – Fluent in English plus either French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Clients will sometimes be distressed or emotional, not everyone is fluent in PC and sometimes vulnerable customers may need extra support when looking to purchase online. Must be empathetic and good listeners.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a BILINGUAL role! You must be fluent in both English and Dutch in order to be successful in this role.

This role has a shift pattern: 8AM to 8PM
