π― Role Overview – CRM Business Analyst
As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, enhancing, and optimizing CRM solutions to support enterprise business processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure CRM platforms deliver measurable business value.
This position requires deep expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, integrations, and enterprise reporting within complex business environments.
π§ Key Responsibilities – CRM Business Analyst
π CRM & Business Analysis

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CRM implementations and enhancements

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system workflows

Support end-to-end CRM lifecycle including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment

Ensure alignment between business objectives and CRM system capabilities

Maintain requirement traceability across development, testing, and deployment phases
βοΈ Technical & Platform Expertise

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
-
Support ERP integrations, BI reporting, and relational database solutions

Work with tools such as SAP, SQL, Tableau, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint, HubSpot, and related technologies

Collaborate with development teams using technologies including JavaScript, C++, Scribe, and North52
π Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze CRM and business data to generate actionable insights

Build and maintain dashboards and enterprise reports

Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and performance metrics
π€ Stakeholder & Project Management

Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership

Manage multiple CRM initiatives simultaneously

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Support project planning, scope definition, and delivery governance
π Required Qualifications – CRM Business Analyst

Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Advanced degree or relevant CRM/business analysis certifications preferred

10β15 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in CRM environments

Strong understanding of enterprise CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
