Our Global Government & Public Sector network is dedicated to solving the most critical problems facing modern governments. Digital transformation in the public sector is more than just tech; it is an overhaul of governance, culture, and citizen engagement. As a Consultant, you will help public sector entities reinvent themselves to face the challenges of the future.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Understand and document complex business processes, performing root cause analysis and developing robust business cases.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews with various resources to gather critical information and present findings to client leadership.

• Transformation Execution: Support large-scale, multi-year transformation programs across finance, supply chain, and operations.

• Data & Research: Utilise primary and secondary research methodologies to identify market trends, challenges, and key players within the government sector.

• Advanced Documentation: Master MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for advanced modeling, analytics, and executive-level presentations.

• Sector Focus: Gradually develop deep subject matter expertise in industry-specific issues and challenges.

💪 Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for agile, curious, and mindful professionals who can sustain positive energy in a collaborative environment.

• Education: Graduation in any technical stream; Law, Economics, Policy, Communications, or Business preferred. MBA is a plus.

• Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience (Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).

• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint design skills are essential.

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to develop long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
