We are looking for three expert Data Scientists to join our team of 500+ tech-minded professionals. In this role, you will conquer the frontiers of technology, developing intelligent software that drives business efficiency and global impact.

 The Role: Architecting Intelligent Solutions

As a Data Scientist at Colan Infotech, you will move beyond basic modelling to build end-to-end production systems using the latest AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Modelling: Apply predictive techniques including XGBoost, Random Forest, GBM, and Neural Nets to solve complex business problems.

• NLP Specialization: Implement RNN, LSTM, and Attention-based models, and integrate enterprise NLP solutions from OpenAI, Azure, and IBM.

• MLOps & Deployment: Take full ownership of the ML lifecycle, deploying models into production environments on Azure or AWS.

• Big Data & Pipelines: Use PySpark and Databricks to process large-scale data and write efficient SQL queries for complex data extraction.

• Visualisation & UI: Develop interactive dashboards and tools using Streamlit, Dash/Plotly, and D3.js.

• Computer Vision: Utilise OpenCV and Pillow/PIL for image processing tasks.

Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for seasoned professionals who bring a blend of statistical rigour and engineering excellence.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science.

• Core Technical Stack:

  • Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and Flask.

  • Graph Data: Experience with Neo4j.

  • NLP: Hands-on experience with Attention models and LLM integrations.

• Engineering Standards:

  • Proficiency with version control tools (GitHub/Bitbucket).

  • Practical knowledge of Statistics and Operations Research methods.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Location: Bangalore (Full-Time).
