We are looking for five expert Data Engineers with a strong background in Machine Learning development to join our team. In this role, you will lead the charge in digitising global firms through intelligent Computer Vision and automated data processing solutions.

 The Role: Building Intelligent Sight

As a Data Engineer at Colan Infotech, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence, with a specialised focus on Object Detection and OCR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Computer Vision Excellence: Develop and implement Custom Object Detection models and high-accuracy OCR (Optical Character Recognition) systems.

• ML Development: Architect and refine Machine Learning models using Python and modern deep learning frameworks.

• Data Pipeline Engineering: Leverage Python libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Scipy) to process, clean, and prepare datasets for model training.

• Visualisation: Create insightful data visualisations to track model performance using Matplotlib.

• Agile Collaboration: Work within an agile framework to deliver high-quality, cost-effective technology solutions for a global clientele.

Your Technical Success Profile

We are seeking engineers who combine 5+ years of overall experience with deep specialisation in the Python ML ecosystem.

• Experience: * 5+ years of professional experience in Data/Software Engineering.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as an ML Developer.

• Core Technical Stack:

  • Primary Language: Expert-level Python.

  • Vision & Learning: Proficiency in OpenCV, Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

  • Math & Analysis: Strong foundation in SciPy, Numpy, and Scikit-learn.

• Domain Knowledge: * Deep understanding of ML basics and neural network architectures.

  • Experience in productionizing Computer Vision models.

• Location: Bangalore (Full-Time).
