As we grow, we are looking for a Client Relations Specialist who can build strong client partnerships, ensure seamless service delivery, and support our business growth with empathy, professionalism, and precision.


Role Overview

The Client Relations Specialist will serve as the key link between HappinessCue and its clients. This role combines client servicing, operations coordination, and business development support, ensuring clients receive a smooth, high-quality experience while also helping expand long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.

  • Manage client onboarding, service scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.

  • Ensure timely delivery of services across multiple locations.

  • Maintain clear, proactive, and professional communication with clients.

  • Collect and document client feedback after engagements.

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client queries and close tasks on time.

  • Support travel-based or location-specific projects as required.


Business Development Support

  • Identify opportunities to expand and deepen existing client relationships.

  • Assist in pitching HappinessCue services to new clients and partners.

  • Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and outreach campaigns.

  • Track leads, maintain CRM records, and follow up on enquiries.

  • Represent HappinessCue professionally in meetings, workshops, and external events.


What We Are Looking For

  • 2–7 years of experience in client servicing, account management, HR, hospitality, counselling, wellness startups, or any people-facing role.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Calm, solution-oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence.

  • Willingness to travel and take up short-term project-based relocations (relocation support provided).

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

  • Genuine interest in emotional wellness, behavioural science, or human-centric work.


Location & Mobility

  • Base location: Delhi NCR

  • Travel across India for client projects may be required.

  • Temporary relocations will be supported by HappinessCue when project needs arise.
