As a Delivery Manager, you will be the bridge between customer aspirations and technical execution, ensuring seamless project lifecycles while maintaining the highest standards of financial and operational efficiency.


H2: About the Role: Delivery Governance & Client Success

The purpose of this role is to manage end-to-end project delivery. You will be responsible for the health of the project, from budget evaluation and risk mitigation to staffing and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seamless Delivery Management: Create and adhere to quarterly project charters, ensuring 100% compliance with SLAs, schedule, quality, and costs.

  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Management Review Meetings (MRM) to understand future needs and prevent escalations.

  • Operational Excellence: Use Pareto Analysis to identify incidents and drive Hyper-automation initiatives in coordination with the Holmes RO team.

  • Financial Oversight: Achieve revenue targets, monitor operating margins, and eliminate revenue leakage through strict OB-to-revenue tracking.

  • Governance & Audit: Lead ISO, quality, and customer audits to ensure zero non-compliance across all project structures (Confluence & SAP).

  • Knowledge Sharing: Deploy Wipro’s knowledge management portals and lead internal training sessions to share best practices and BVMs (Business Value Additions).


 Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a veteran in the IT services industry who thrives on reinvention and evolution.

  • Experience: 8–10 Years of relevant experience in IT delivery or project management.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP, Confluence, and automation tools.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including Pareto analysis and productivity tracking.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing team satisfaction scores and building internal talent pools.
