About the Role: Applied AI & Machine Learning Engineering

In this role, you aren’t just a coder; you are a scientist. You will collaborate with business experts to prove the viability of AI solutions through data exploration and lightweight experimental builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• POC Development: Execute early-stage Proof of Concept builds to validate AI/ML assumptions.

• GenAI Implementation: Leverage Generative AI technologies and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)strategies to transform business processes.

• Data Exploration: Conduct deep-dive analysis for new projects to support intake conversations.

• Collaborative Innovation: Support the development team through pair programming, code reviews, and high-level knowledge sharing.

• Technical Communication: Translate complex ML results into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

 Technical Skills & Required Qualifications

We are looking for “Good Scientists” who want to become better. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• Programming Mastery: Strong experience in Python and JavaScript, with a solid grasp of Linux/UNIX systems.

• ML Frameworks: Proficiency in TensorFlow and PyTorch for designing and developing robust AI models.

• GenAI Expertise: Skilled in Prompt Engineering, Langflow, and ChatGPT Enterprise deployments.

• Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to execute tasks independently while proactively collaborating with Technical Leads.

• Software Engineering: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and MLOps best practices (CI/CD).
