Key Responsibilities

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will analyse business requirements and assist in designing automated system solutions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Analyse business requests and determine system solutions that align with user needs and organisational goals.

  • Define system scope, objectives, and functional requirements for automated systems.

  • Work with business users to gather and document system requirements.

  • Develop business specifications and logical flowcharts to support system development.

Required Qualifications
