🔍 Role Overview – Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst – QA, you will be responsible for evaluating and annotating digital workflows with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and structured reasoning. The role is well-suited for candidates who enjoy working with online tools, performing comparisons, and providing data-driven insights.

🛠 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

  • Perform side-by-side (SxS) evaluations on GHD, comparing system outputs.

  • Assess quality, relevance, and factual accuracy of results.

  • Conduct fact-checking and identify inconsistencies.

  • Provide clear, structured justifications for evaluation decisions.

  • Follow established QA guidelines and quality standards.

  • Use browser-based tools and extensions for analysis.

  • Execute basic command-line instructions when required.

  • Document findings and share insights with stakeholders.

✅ Requirements – Business Analyst

  • Comfortable working on a computer in a professional setup.

  • Experience with browser extensions and online tools.

  • Ability to run basic command-line commands (no coding required).

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • High attention to detail with objective reasoning.

  • Good written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work with structured evaluation frameworks.
