🧩 What Will You Do? – Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at 2Base Technologies, you will be deeply involved in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your main responsibility will be to convert business and functional requirements into clear, structured documentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Documentation:
    Create and maintain Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and traceability matrices.

  • Requirement Analysis:
    Participate in discussions to understand business goals, identify gaps, resolve inconsistencies, and document functional flows and business rules.

  • UI & Visual Documentation:
    Work with design teams to document wireframes, UI flows, and system validations.

  • Project Maintenance:
    Maintain change logs, version history, and keep project details updated in Project Management Systems (PMS).

  • Quality Support:
    Assist development, QA, UAT, and audit teams with accurate and up-to-date documentation.

🛠️ Skills & Experience Required – Business Analyst

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong background in business analysis and documentation.

🔹 Experience

  • 1 to 4 years in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a similar documentation-focused role.

🔹 Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in BRD and SRS documentation

  • Knowledge of document version control

  • Experience with UI wireframing

  • Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations

🔹 Tools

  • Familiarity with Project Management Systems (PMS) and documentation tools

🔹 Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously

  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills

🎓 Minimum Qualifications – Business Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 1 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
