What You’ll Do

In your role as Business Analyst, you will:

• Support the analysis of complex cross-franchise and pan-group requirements.

• Capture, validate, and document detailed business and system requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, supporting governance and quality assurance.

• Trace business requirements to future-state design and solution architecture.

• Identify and support cut-over and implementation activities during project delivery.

• Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts across project stages to validate solution effectiveness.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business users throughout testing.

You will act as the liaison between business functions and technology partners, translating business needs into actionable requirements that align with strategic outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate the following:

Required Certifications:

• Business Analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities

• Demonstrable experience applying core business analysis tools and techniques

• A background in delivering business analysis within an IT or technology function

• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage ambiguity, and work under tight deadlines

• Solid documentation, testing, and quality assurance experience
