The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business strategy, CRM platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on gathering and analysing requirements, supporting CRM configuration, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Requirement Analysis

Gather and document business requirements from international and regional stakeholders

Analyse requirements for future-state CRM processes

Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable functional specifications
2. Process Redesign & Transformation
-
Support business process redesign workshops
-
Ensure alignment with global standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices

Validate future-state process designs against business objectives
3. CRM Platform Configuration
-
Translate requirements for Salesforce or Veeva CRM configuration

Support the implementation of customer engagement capabilities

Maintain traceability between requirements and system configurations
4. Agile Product Delivery

Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams

Create user stories and acceptance criteria

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as:

Sprint planning

Backlog refinement

System demos

5. Testing & Quality Assurance
