💼 About the Role – Business Analyst
Lloyd’s List Intelligence is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join its Technology and Innovation team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, UX/UI teams, and stakeholders to help define and deliver impactful digital products and services.
The company is looking for someone who can effectively translate business requirements into actionable user stories and support Agile product delivery processes.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications – Business Analyst
✅ Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven product environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- Experience working with big data or data-intensive products
- Ability to write BDD-style user stories using Given / When / Then format
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or ProductBoard
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Agile or Business Analysis certifications (CSM, PSPO, ICAgile BA, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools
- Exposure to UX research or customer journey mapping
- Knowledge of the maritime industry
