📌 Requirement Gathering
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Understand business needs and convert them into functional solutions.
📌 Functional Documentation
- Prepare business process documents, workflows, reports, and functional specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation for implementation and development teams.
📌 ERP Implementation Support
- Support ERP implementation and customization activities.
- Coordinate with implementation and technical teams during project execution.
📌 Testing & Validation
- Participate in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate solutions and ensure all requirements are properly implemented.
