Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze data, and support technology-driven initiatives. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully implemented.
This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an on-site corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple departments

Collaborate with stakeholders from sales, finance, operations, compliance, and security teams

Analyze real-time data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement

Translate business requirements into clear and structured functional specifications for technical teams

Support project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle

Continuously evaluate system requirements and recommend improvements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, workflows, and business process records

Prepare and share regular status updates and reports with management and key stakeholders

Take ownership of assigned initiatives and demonstrate an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset

Operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this Business Analyst role in Mumbai, candidates should have:

2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role

Candidates with 1+ year of analyst experience may also be considered

Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel

Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business process documentation

Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong organizational and documentation skills
