Business Analyst Job Overview

Are you passionate about turning business insights into actionable solutions? Technoloader is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our on-site team in Jaipur. As a Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in understanding client needs, documenting requirements, coordinating with development teams, and helping shape product direction.

In this role, you will manage both pre- and post-project activities, ensuring that every requirement is clearly defined, planned, and delivered to meet business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Technoloader, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and analyzing client requirements clearly and accurately

  • Preparing detailed SRS (Software Requirement Specifications) and BRD (Business Requirement Documents)

  • Serving as the primary liaison between clients and development teams

  • Supporting feature mapping and product planning to align with business goals

  • Assisting in both pre-sales analysis and post-delivery support

  • Ensuring smooth communication and understanding across stakeholders

  • Helping refine processes by identifying gaps and suggesting improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent field

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development environment

  • Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation

  • Proven ability to prepare BRD, SRS, and functional specifications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall SDLC methodologies
