🎯 Role Overview – Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering and implementing Kenverse solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into actionable insights, and ensure successful project execution.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst
- Lead or support end-to-end Salesforce implementations
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Configure Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and sales
- Support testing, training, and user adoption
- Engage with clients through workshops, presentations, and strategic recommendations
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile – Business Analyst

- 2–5 years in Salesforce consulting or CRM implementation
