Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting supply chain projects and ensuring business requirements are translated into practical solutions.

Requirement Gathering
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements related to supply chain processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with stakeholders to understand current processes and design improved future-state workflows.

Business and Gap Analysis
Perform gap analysis and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.

SCM Implementation Support
Assist with the implementation of supply chain modules such as procurement, inventory management, order management, and logistics.

Documentation
Prepare clear documentation including functional specifications, BRD, FRD, and user stories.

Testing Support
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate data, and track defects during the testing phase.

Performance Monitoring
Analyze supply chain KPIs and generate reports to measure system performance.

Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend optimization strategies.

Compliance
Ensure processes comply with organizational policies and supply chain standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications – Business Analyst

To succeed in this role, candidates should have strong business analysis and supply chain knowledge.

Experience
At least 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the supply chain domain.

Domain Knowledge

  • Procurement and Sourcing

  • Inventory Management

  • Warehouse Management

  • Logistics and Distribution

  • Demand Planning and Forecasting

System Knowledge
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other SCM tools.
