💼 Roles and Responsibilities – Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst at Movate, you will:
- Gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Work with Business Process Modeling (BPM) tools
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions based on business needs
- Evaluate processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions
- Manage project scope, risks, and issues
- Prioritize requirements and create prototypes, wireframes, and user stories
- Collaborate with business, UX, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Contribute to product backlog with detailed functional and technical requirements

Experience & Domain
- 8 to 11 years of experience in relevant roles
- Strong exposure to enterprise-level functional domains
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Basic database querying skills
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira
Methodologies & Tools
- Experience in Agile project delivery
- Familiarity with Confluence
- Ability to create MVPs and conceptual designs
UX & Business Understanding
- Understanding of UX/UI concepts
