1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Interact with stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges
- Document detailed business requirements and workflows
- Convert requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies
2. Product Development & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Developers
- Create user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria

3. Data-Driven Decision Making

- Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst (preferably in a product-based company)
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Methodology: Strong experience with Agile and Scrum
